200 Perguntas a Cada
Mutantes – Between the Theater and the Museum

18 July 2022

Teatro Nacional Dona Maria II, Lisboa

Performance

The performance “200 Perguntas a cada” is the public presentation, closing experience and materialization of Mutantes - entre o teatro e o museu, BoCA’s transdisciplinary artistic training and creation project for young people, which will take place on 18.06, from 3pm to 5pm, at the D. Maria II National Theatre.

Over the last few months, the project directed by Sara Franqueira has passed through 6 partner venues - Casa da Cerca, Culturgest, MAAT, Berardo Museum, Bairro Alto Theatre and D. Maria II National Theatre - where it has been developed, inspired by the crossing of artistic models and the mutations that could arise from this. The performance is born from the diverse backgrounds of the participants, but also from the possibility of moving around various cultural spaces, meeting the people who work there, asking difficult questions, having the space to question the modus operandi of the processes and finding answers.

“200 questions to each” starts with 200 questions that each performer has written, to be asked in sequence, on subjects such as space, time, landscape, mutations, performance, science, curatorship, the spectator, theater, heredity, gender, politics or the museum. Admission is free and the public can come and go as they please.
