The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by BoCA. The request must be sent in writing to info@bocabienal.org within 14 days of receiving the order or, in the case of donations, the day on which payment was made. Instructions for canceling or refunding the amount paid will be answered and defined by BoCA by the same means of communication.

Whenever possible, refunds should be made by the same payment method. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the refund to be made by bank transfer. BoCA undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum of 30 days.
