Joana da Conceição’s thinking and practice are rooted in painting and music, with public presentations of her work rotating between the two. As part of BoCA 2019, the artist will present a performance at Casa dos Crivos (Braga) that will later be transformed into an installation. The artist’s multimedia work brings together painting, music and drawing, which she also combines with found objects.
