Take a look at some moments from the workshop with El Conde de Torrefiel at Teatro D. Maria II

The workshop “All the Fictions that are Generated Here”, the penultimate of the BoCA Summer School 2022, with Tanya Beyeler, from the Spanish theater collective El Conde de Torrefiel, took place at the Teatro Nacional D. Maria II.

Over 4 days, a way of working was explored and taught, a way of treating creative material. From a trip to the street, the participants brought situations or images to the rehearsal room in the form of words, actions or gestures, to be transformed into fictitious material. In a second moment, an organic sequence was created, from the generated fictions, to be presented to the public.
