UPCOMING 4TH EDITION OF BoCA: between 2 september and 15 october, Lisbon and Faro are the stage for the “Invisible Present”

From 2 September to 15 October, in Lisbon and Faro, the 4th edition of BoCA – Biennial of Contemporary Arts will search for the Invisible Present by claiming the bodies and gestures that are not given to see.

Paul B. Preciado, Agnieszka Polska, Héctor Zamora, Vera Mantero and Gaya de Medeiros are some of the names already confirmed in the list of more than 30 proposals to be discovered, including commissions, world and national premieres. Artists who venture into new creations or collaborations that risk new languages, projects that shed light on the seams and ghosts of the world, and above all inspire us to invent possible ways of inhabiting the concreteness of the present.
