Last week at BoCA, we unveiled the “Invisible Present” of human connections in the digital age, with “Chatroom” by Ana Borralho & João Galante; of bodies whose contours have always escaped gender and sexuality norms, with “Il y a une larme dans chaque note et un soupir dans chaque pli” by Odete & Caty Olive; of traditional objects and arts, which live in and from the memory of local groups, with “Terra Cobre” by João Pais Filipe & Marco da Silva Ferreira; or of feminist and black struggles, which drive new and urgent ways of living and relating, with the gatherings around “What if the autobiographical is nothing more than the history of others crossing us? ” by Gabriel Chaile.
