New old news
We got news. Past stuff.
We have been making available on the BoCA YouTube channel, for the first time, unpublished video records of shows and performances that were premiered worldwide in previous editions of BoCA, in 2017 and 2019, and that belong to the vast archive that we have been building .
This is a way of being able to celebrate with our public and BoCA partner entities what we have been building together, continuously, since 2017.
These are performances and shows commissioned by BoCA in previous editions, directed by artists such as drummer Gabriel Ferrandini, who created his first stage show and who lived with the actor Frederico Barata (“Rosa. Espinho. Dureza.”), Tania Bruguera, who transferred his artivism to the theater for the first time staging a show in an immense visual device that the public inhabited (“Endgame” by Samuel Beckett) or the anonymous Russian collective Vasyarun, who in the interception of theater, performance and music created yet another celebration of marginality and spirituality coming directly from the Moscow periphery to MAAT in Lisbon (“If you want to continue”).
We don’t want you to lose your memory or suffer for not having seen these creations live. Over the months of April, May and June, we will publish more videos on our channel
