ECOTEMPORANEOUS

This is the project that has brought together different personalities to think about the green spaces in the city of Lisbon in relation to literature. Now, in an online format, each guest shares a photo of himself in a natural landscape, relating it to a book he has at home. A dialogue is established between the interior and the exterior, between the body (confined to housing and photography), nature and imagination. An informal chat via live Instagram, in which the online community is invited to participate. Every Sunday until at least the 30th of June 2020.

Every Monday we launch the week’s schedule on our website and social networks. Subscribe to our newsletter and our Youtube channel to receive news first hand.

WEEK 4

Guest: Constança Entrudo (fashion designer)
Location of photography: Madeira, 2015
Selected book: “Invisible Vision” by Jean Cocteau

Sunday, the 17th at 16h, we will receive Constança Entrudo in another virtual session of Ecotemporaneous. In the photograph, we can see Constança swimming on the island of Madeira, where she was born, in this conversation relating the image with the book “Impossible” by John Cocteou. Join the live session on instagram.

Constança Entrudo was born in Lisbon. He lived in London for six years, where he graduated in Textile Design from the prestigious Central Saint Martins, and worked for Marques’Almeida and Peter Pilotto.
In 2017, he became a designer at Balmain, under the creative direction of Oliver Rousteing, in Paris, and launched his brand at ModaLisboa, where he presented his first collection in his own name for the summer of 2018.
His creativity does not allow itself to be shaped by rules, by predefined structures or by a single aesthetic perspective or language, as he does not want to exclude new possibilities for discovery, experimentation and collaboration with other designers or artists. Therefore, their collections cannot be limited by gender or age – they are always for the freedom to imagine, to materialize and to dress.
